I am a full- time Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist .It is important that we are present and observant of our optimal wellness which includes taking time for SELF -CARE.My self care is working out, reading , community service and of course COOKING. With a busy life sometimes I have to remind myself to unplug and check in on me. As a wonder woman I am much stronger when I am conscience of my LIMITS and content with finding MY JOY.
